She holds a Bachelor degree ,B.Arch from Madras University in the year 2001 and Masters ,M.Arch in Interior design from JNTU , Hyderabad in the year 2008 , M.sc in Sustainable development from Sikkim Manipal University in the year 2009-Distance learning .
Currently she is pursing her doctoral studies at Anna University , Chennai on Sustainable Material Application & Built Environment – Hot & humid Climate .
She has 18 years of teaching experience and worked as Assistant Professor in CSIIT,Secunderabad from 2003 to 2011 ,Associate Professor in Midas , Kancheepuram from 2011 to 2021 and currently she worked as Associate Professor in SRMIST SEAD ,Rampauram from 2021 to 2024.Currently she is running free lance projects foR interiors and residences .
She has active research interest in the field of Climate analysis ,Energy Efficiency , place making multi sensory architecture & built environment ,VASTU & LANDSCAPE .
She had conducted various workshops in Arts & Crafts & Building Construction,Macrame , Ceramic , Chitrakari ,Mud wall in Thannal , Brick & Glass etc FOR STUDENTS .she had presented in National seminars& conference and published a paper in International Conference around the state as part of her research ,a book in interior design . She has keen interest in social acivitities of NSS.
